Hdfc credit card upgrade form - how it works

How does sending Hdfc credit card limit enhancement/ upgrade form to Chennai work?
* After how many days will they reply?
* Will they communicate ,if we are not eligible for upgrade

Normally does not, I think...Sent thrice only to get promptly rejected
HDFC offers for me have worked only when they get automatically generated.

You'll get a mail, Heck they don't even change the wording.. The same dreaded mail time after time.

1. You can expect a reply within 3-5 working days if your request is processed successfully. Normally they send the email 1 day after processing the request (ie, you can see the upgrade/enhancement in your Netbanking before they send the email itself)
2. If they take more than 5 working days to reply then you can consider that you're not eligible. And they will let you know via email about the rejection.
