I too got the same message for my payment, but it's reflecting as paid in app, not sure what's going on, HDFC credited twice the payment amount itseems and one is returned to bank. Many getting the same message whoever have tata neu card

Yes got same messages for my Tata Neu card, credited twice then debited once

But HDFC messaging us to do alternative payment and confusing us a lot.

It was indeed a bug at HDFC's end. There is no need to act on this.

By trouble I meant that they added this amount for free when I haven't spent this amount.

This was expected when I saw one of my payment on 1st April got credit twice by hdfc. Today they took back duplicate credit amount. Nothing to worry.

Guys it’s hdfc system fault in new financial year first day of their system gone mad no worries i all can show ur current outstanding it’s perfectly reflects
AIS also they won’t report this doubled payment it’s their bug if all report to rbi then they will be screwed but we come to know by next June right
