HDFC Credit Card OTP Email

Hi, I am HDFC Regalia First Credit Card Holder and also I have a Savings account with HDFC.

For each transaction via DEBIT card I get OTP via email and SMS. But when do via CREDIT CARD then OTP only comes in my SMS not EMAIL.

How to enable OTP delivery via EMAIL and SMS in Credit Card ?

Note: I do receive post transaction alerts via email.

Not sure if there is option to enable it individually but have you checked other folders in your email? Like promotions? Mine sometimes goes to promotion folder.

I have checked but no emails. This is long issue.

I updated my registered email address on my savings account from net banking, but still while doing online transactions with debit card, I'm still recovering OTP on my old email. I even replaced my debit card still the same issue.

Yes, I'm receiving my transactions alerts like credit and debit alerts perfectly on my new updated email, but the only otp comes to my old email while making transaction with debit card.😅

Urgent help required. I am receiving OTP for domestic transaction on SMS as well as mail for my DCB. However, for international transactions I am not receiving OTP on mail.
I am currently in Switzerland and unable to use the card for online.
Someone please help how to receive OTP over mail.
