HDFC Credit Card - Mailed for card upgrade and asked to send docs to Chennai office

I mailed to HDFC grievance redressal to upgrade my Milennia card to DCB. They have replied by asking to send upgrade form along with income documents to Chennai office. Can I send the documents on email instead for same and would they consider?

no if you mail them documents still they said you to send the physical documents at Chennai office so just send the documents

I took a chance and have mailed the documents. If they still ask for sending it to Chennai, will do it.

Spent above 7 lakhs in last 6 months and net salary credit is 2.54 lakhs per month.

main is the spends and credit limit.... they offered me also FYF DcbM, but i asked for LTF..they rejected saying upgrades gets only fyf and not ltf..

Haven't heard from them after mailing documents. Let's see what they say
