I have an HDFC BizBlack credit card. In the BizDeals portal, I do not see any of my past bookings (Do others have the same problem). I have been trying to reach the concierge services for past 3 days, but no one there is picking up the calls. I am left waiting on the line for more than 15 mins every time I ring.
