HDFC Concierge unreachable.

I have an HDFC BizBlack credit card. In the BizDeals portal, I do not see any of my past bookings (Do others have the same problem). I have been trying to reach the concierge services for past 3 days, but no one there is picking up the calls. I am left waiting on the line for more than 15 mins every time I ring.
Is there any way to resolve this?

Yes, because there is a booking that I made via SmartBuy that I need to cancel. And they need to tell me whom to reach out to for the portal issue. The email mentioned in their support page is bouncing.
