I have HDFC Bizpower CC and want to another CC from HDFC visited branch and they said only Marriot and Pixel can be applied that to chargeable
read here about free HDFC Freedom CC and thought later upgrade it gradually to the regalia or other higher variant
so applied for Freedom on Paytm app in January and approved without any documents with in a few days
but when i researched more about it here found that it is tough or impossible to upgrade freedom to higher variant
so not activated the card
now 2 days back received message for the statement generated for the freedom card with 500 outstanding amount so when i check transaction details MY card app it shows the membership fee the card is issued on January and fee charged on May that too not activated card
what should be the best option for me now
is there any possibility the card can be upgrade in future or complaint to RBI for the charge
