No, it's working fine. You probably overused it, and that's why amazon banned you. It could be temporary or permanent, nobody knows except amazon. Try again after 2-3 months.

I have SBI cashback card, but unable to use it for physical gift card in Amazon app. Getting error that card cannot be used for that transaction.

Many times amazon rewards section has 100-200 cashback per 3000 or even different amounts using Amazon upi. ~2.5%-3.33%

Can buy on yono gyftr u get 2% straight cashback

Paytm sometimes has cashback to buy gv

Also amazon icici card gives 2% for buying via Amazon

(Pls do check the voucher u buy, people end up buying shopping voucher and are not able to use for bill pays, buy egift card in Amazon)
