Sabr ka faal mitha hota hai... Wait for the card delivery... Although u can see details from tata neu app... But sometimes there are server issues try after sometime

Better not to use card when in transit. As it can be misused if active.
Thats why cos send inactivated card nowadays.

My Neu Plus card was dispatched yesterday, I raised request over mail today morning and they declined now, so I have raised complaint with last level. Can anyone tell me what type of response they got at PriorityRedressal.CreditCards@hdfcbank.com and how do I negotiate with them.

I requested for Millenia LTF in place of Neu Plus

Yes I have regular savings account with them but it is only 2 months old.

Then mail to PriorityRedressal.CreditCards@hdfcbank.com... Tell them u are savings account holder too.... If given millenia ltf then you will make it primary card for all daily usage like bills, grocery.... If ur limit is less than 1 lakh... Millenia will be tough but they will give moneyback ltf happilly... Gave me too
