HDFC Bank Credit Card upgrade - Need Opinions!

Hey everyone – I just received an upgrade offer from HDFC Bank and I'm a bit confused.

They’re offering me an upgrade from my HDFC Diners Privilege Credit Card (which is lifetime free) to the new HDFC Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card.

The new card comes with 1st year free, but from the 2nd year onwards it carries a fee of ₹3000 + GST per year.

I'm wondering:
✅ Has anyone already made this switch?
💸 Is the Marriott Bonvoy card actually worth the annual fee?
🤔 Would you switch from a free card to a paid one if the benefits looked better?

Would really appreciate your expert thoughts!

This card will be only good for
1. No spend condition for lounge access.
2. Marriott stay - you get 1 night free (upto 15000 points redemption), along woth silver status.

No option for different redemption like DCP, reward points automatically gets transferred to your marriott bonvoy account.

I am in the same boat, but practically why would i convert LTF card to paid card and that to core card ?
