Yes they're asking for OTP and I've already redeemed the voucher. So it's chill 😅

Which card variant do you hold? And Is it LTF or chargeable?

I have millennia cc and i had applied C2C so my card is LTF. i had activated in aug but haven't received any voucher.

The concern was, there is lots of messages roaming around to claim something and they end up in scam.

I received an official mail from HDFC and sms from HDFC bank's number. So thought to be a valid mail. But yeah I'll keep this in mind

It's LTF, maybe it's for certain customer. Or you can try mailing them

I have applied online only, without staff involvement. I got a pre-approved LTF offer over email.

I also mailed them for not receiving voucher. They didn't asked for offer details from me. They replied that they are looking into the matter and reply by 28th dec-22. Let's see what happens. ( Although I have received card on 31st aug and activated it on 1st week of sep , but still trying)
