I made few payments for 100rs across 3-4 credit card payments. For sbi, ICICI Adani and HDFC card the payment got credited in 15mts but for pixel card they did not make. upon messaging in whatsapp chat, they informed it is not working, so made the payment to sbi card. After this credit I tried paying 4000rs and 600rs towards ICICI Adani and Scapia card but they have not credited yet since 18th May. Each day they message it will be done tomorrow so messaged them will complain to RBI or Cyber crime and they responded will credit by coming monday 11am or refund back the money. Keeping fingers crossed and suggest not to try with this app since it is not working like any BBPS payment apps and they seem to credit into their account and then make payment from their side which is illegal or money hoarding and I am more worried whether I will get credit for 4600rs towards the 2 cards I made payment. They offered 1% cashback and it was the reason I tried this app but seems to be a fraud app unless they return money. Please suggest what action I must take to recover the money back from them
