Has Indusind partner visa signature started charging for more than 5 arm transactions.??

As far as I know it has unlimited atm transactions upto 50 transactions per month.... Previously never faced such issue but for this month on non indusind atm was charged for 4th and 5th transaction.... Has anything changed???
