Gyftr Issue (Magnus)

Guys, I bought 10k tata cliq voucher yesterday using my magnus cc from gyftr and now I'm not able to buy any voucher from gyftr.

When I enter my card details, it simply says transaction failed.

Anybody else facing this issue?

Any transaction failed? It is happening lately since 1-2 weeks. Any failed/incomplete transaction and it stops working for 1-2 days.

Not failed but cancelled, I was buying tatacliq voucher but the merchant name showed up as GYFTR instead of O2O so I cancelled.

Again I did the same transaction and this time it showed up as O2O and transaction was successful.

But after that all the transactions are automatically failing not even going to OTP page.

Yeah, i also cancelled due to same issue and after that it started failing. Now try after 24-48 hours.

Same here, coincidentally I disabled ad/script blockers and they went through.

But seems like people report this issue and they're unable to use it for 2-3 days and they only face it if they cancel a transaction once redirected to the OTP page, enter a wrong CCV or similar actions.

did you check daily limit set in the app?

Not failed but cancelled, I was buying tatacliq voucher but the merchant name showed up as GYFTR instead of O2O so I cancelled.

Not sure, today voucher purchase started working for me again, I tried to purchase and again gyfter came up instead of o2o so I cancelled. Now again I can't purchase any Voucher.

Next time I'm going to go ahead with purchase, if I don't get any points, i'll raise a complaint.

If you mean daily card limit then its already at max

Found any solution to always get o2o? It is taking too much time cancelling and retrying after 1-2 days. Or u r going with Gyftr itself?

why o2o? what's the problem if it shows gyftr?

Not sure if that will fetch bonus points. It has started showing Gyftr recently only. Earlier it was always o2o. So we need to wait for 3 months till somebody confirms that Gyftr also gives bonus points or not.

I don't think it matters. if we need to redirect from axis site thn it may be the case but I don't know about such conditions, if any please let me know.

Yes, no need redirect from grab deals or anywhere. You can transact directly on Gyftr/edgerewards. But still I don't want to take risk.

Unable to purchase anything from Gyftr Edge portal, transaction failed immediately after putting up card details.

Spam them with requests. I raised this issue 2-3 times, but they closed saying bank is not allowing. But this issue is common across axis/sbi/hdfc Gyftr. So it is them only and mostly related to this card tokenization thing. It is broken after that only.
