Is it possible to port out my policy and add my wife also to the new policy? Or should I first add my wife to the policy and after that only port out ?

U can do that together. If u add wife to existing policy then u have to pay premium for that. And if it is due for renewal then it will be added from next year. So wherever u r posting tell them u want to ad wife. They will do
