Hi all,
On 8 july 2024, hdfc bank charges 885 (750 plus gst) from my account stating it as debit card charges. I raised complaint that I am holding imperia account and I am not liable to pay this charges.
Later they reimbursed rs750, but my gst amount has not been refunded by hdfc bank stating that this is charged by government and there is no process from there side to get it reserved.
I am not sure what to do in this situation, as hdfc bank should refund it. As there is no charges, so technically no gst as well.
Any suggestions. I have raised ticket thrice, and every time it has been rejected.
