Got the Flipkart offer processing fee refunded

I purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart availing discount using Axis Bank Privilege Credit Card in the GOAT sale but later cancelled due to some reason. When I checked my statement After few days. I realised ₹49 has not been refunded by Flipkart, which was charged as part of offer processing fees.

I checked the terms and conditions of Flipkart and understood that this charge is non-refundable under any circumstances, however, I was not willing to pay for a cancelled order.

Hence, disputed to transaction with axis bank and gladly, I receive the refund of the ₹49 in my credit card statement. The dispute has successfully been closed by Axis Bank.

I have been charged offer handling fee of 99/- inr. Even when the order was cancelled, flipkart told that it is non refundable. Ordered with fk axis cc. How to get this refunded

What you did is against the merchant TNCs. Flipkart might create issue latter.

Faced similar issue.
But tried a different approach.
Contacted their CS team, abused a little bit, talked with escalation team. They agreed to refund. But were unable to refund to credit card, hence refunded to their wallet. Asked me my bank details, have taken up a request to transfer that money to my savings account.
