I applied for PNB Rupay platinum credit card on 6th June 2025 and performed my video KYC the same day. However, there was no response on the application for next 20 days. Meanwhile I kept calling the HO and sent them multiple emails for an update who kept insisting that they are looking into it. Later on 27th June I I registered a complaint on CPGRAMS portal after which I received a call on 28th June from PNB card HO that my video KYC is not accessible due to technical issues and and they insisted for an off-line application, the same day, they sent a person home in Hyderabad, who filled the the paper form took my photocopy documents at 2 PM on 28th and at 5 PM, I received a SMS that my card has been approved. The new PNB Rupay Platinum card started showing up in PNB Genie app.
