Frankly speaking i myself don't believe i got these cards as LTF.
I was seeing from past 9 to 10 months it was offered paid earlier but i did not choose as i don't feel need of it.
But seeing LTF is no harm..

My understanding is as you have CL>4L. You are eligible for Previlage Banking program. You can get a 0MAB savings account and LTF debit card.

I exactly don't know when it showed up, just randomly checked this website where I came to know about the upgrade offer, then checked icici app and got the offer
