Google Pay- Cibil - predict your score

There is option to check Cibil score on Google Pay. (Obviously everyone knows that).

After checking score, there is also a section which predicts your score based on certain activity like getting new card or loan (different kind of loan with amount). Looks pretty cool. Has anyone tried it?

Home loan instantly improve score while other causes a drop.
 
Yesterday afternoon I viewed the score no issues for me then so dont think its a Cibil server issue
Some issue is there for me. Still not able to see the updated score. It just says new score available. But when I click to fetch new score, it returns with an error message. "Try again later"

It has been this behaviour since last many days. I tried to send feedback in gpay itself. Any other way in which I can resolve it? Will try uninstall and reinstall GPay but I am not sure that will work.
 
If you have Amazon try viewing Cibil from Amazon Pay -> Credit Score
Thanks. Yes, I will check the score from Amazon.
But more than that, I am interested to resolve the issue with Google Pay.
It should not happen that GPay is not able to fetch the credit score. Will update after it is resolved.
 

Bump here - I posted in December 2024 that I cannot fetch my CIBIL score from Google Pay.
After 6 months and trying all possible solutions, the issue remains unresolved.
It works on all other apps, but not on GPay.

I want to know if it's possible to unlink our PAN from the CIBIL check option in GPay.
(I believe unlinking or removing it and adding it back might work.)

I want to remove my PAN link and start fresh - to check the CIBIL score in GPAY, you first need to enter your first name, last name, and PAN.
I want to restart from that step onward.

Uninstalling and reinstalling Google Pay didn't work. Any leads, or any support mail ID?

Alternative option till you get the resolution, install Gpay business app and make a random account if you can. There you will see the option to add PAN & other details from scratch.
I also did it to reduce 30 days Cibil refresh wait time to half i.e. 15 days.

Thanks, will try this. I also contacted the support, they told to clear cache, uninstall and reinstall.
Did that, but still it didn't work. Google support is saying that they cannot unlink PAN details once it is linked.
And asked me to contact CIBIL support.

I will share you a very important learning I got. Few years ago, there was email update issue with my Uber app. I was not getting Uber receipts on my mail and Uber support told me that initially I made 2 different accounts with my mail id and phone no. So they can't be merged. I tried every possible way & every jugaad but all in vain. I thought of it as a challenge and thus years of trial and what not. Finally, I found peace in letting it go. I stopped trying to change it or think about it as an issue. Update - After 3 years, it got automatically fixed.
Sorry for long gyan but this is the only way... When things turn into not fixable even after so many trials, then just let it go.
Search alternate and enjoy peace.

100% agree to you. Yes I am also in the same though process. One thing is that I hadn't looked at escalations earlier.
Now I have written to CIBIL nodal officer and Google pay nodal officer. + Also filled their online complaint form

I am giving it one more shot before calling it a day. Really value your thoughts and support.
