Gold coin purchase from Flipkart - Advice.

I have 6k super coin to use within 15 days.
I think I will purchase some amount of gold using 5% super coin discount offer in vip account. (1:1 value for sc), which I need although, if I get at good price.
Else other options only gives me bellow 1sc =0.25 rs. Returns.
Queries.
1. Is it safe to purchase gold coin through fk , ( domination of 1gm or 2g per order)
2. The certificate associated with it, is it applicable to jewellery shop too.( local shop giving me 1gm 24 carrot = 1.1 gm 22 carrot )
3. Should do this transaction? ( 5% using sc and 5% cb using sbi cashback card)
4. Will I get 5% discount in sbi cashback card, hdfc Swiggy and hdfc millennia?
5. Any other advice you want to give, please .

No, Axis Flipkart credit card does not give 5 percent cashback on gold coin purchases. Gold, jewellery, and similar categories are usually excluded from cashback benefits, even if bought on Flipkart


Even if it looks like a regular order, Axis systems can flag the merchant category and remove the reward. So if you're buying gold coins, don't count on cashback from this card


Better to use SBI Cashback card which has higher chances of working, but always test with a small order first to be sure the cashback actually applies

What happens if you buy non gold item along with gold coins?

it is considering as jewellery
just checked the merchant name in otp sms.
same merchant name at different instances
