This is to bring to your attention that the Financial information as per particulars furnished below has been marked as erroneous by American Express Banking Corp on 06-12-2022 12:37:56.

They are sharing with NESL based on 2017 RBI circular. Nothing to worry if you are holding AMEX card else contact Amex support. AMEX sent mail on March / April 2022 regarding the same to its customers.

so i got a mail from AMEX today on this -

I have got a mail from NeSL asking to authenticate the debt where ICICI is written as creditor. I got such mail around a year back or so. Where as I do not have any debt to ICICI at all. Can any body explain what is this ? and why ? no loans from ICICI and never defaulted in ICICI credit card payments... then why and what is banker responsibility in such erroneous cases ?

I m even thinking of terminating my all relationships with ICICI..
