Any ideas on how to get most value on points (Flights+Hotels) in a trip to Georgia from Delhi?
Have Axis and Amex points

I hope you're aware about how racist Georgian immigration is. There's hordes of stories on the internet about how people with valid visa were refused entry and deported on unspecified reasons. A few of my friends have also personally confirmed that they make you feel very unwelcome as a brown person even if they do let you in.

I had also heard this when i was thinking about going there but then went to almaty instead. Its a authoritative country and they can deny entry if they feel like it no matter what visa you got on your passport.

For hotels when i was researching i saw that accor was cheaper and much better value.

I just returned from Georgia. No problem at immigration. We used Axis Edge miles to JAL , Redeem JAL on Qatar. Please first check availability of award seats on JAL. If I remember in Qatar business return from Delhi cost us around 60000 JAL miles plus taxes appx 12K. Also stayed in centrally located five star Swissotel Tbilisi , used Accor points ( transferred from Axis). It is beautiful , excellent hotel with nice breakfast. We used Go. Trip for all transfer/ Day tours ... Reasonable priced with English speaking drivers. Georgia is beautiful country with beautiful people .
