Yes bro. I have using the flipkart card since 2021 and ordering using Mobile only. I am still getting the confirmation. Also i didn't get confirmation sms for 2 transaction ealier. It's almost 1500+ cashback. When I raised the concern pno informed me that the transaction was not attributed to grabdeal so I am not eligible. Then I tried following up after 2 month and finally got it. Sometimes axis won't get the tracking for the merchant report. It may takes time . Not getting sms doesn't means that ur transaction to grabdeal was not recorded. Try following up after 3 month or just a mail to pno for the tracking of the same

folks, any tips for tata neu infinity fee waiver? I was pretty sure I had crossed the 3l mark with it, but apparently now, I just got charged with the renewal fee in June's billing cycle, even though I got it in August (with August's billing cycle), not sure why they are charging me 2 months early but I have sent a strongly worded mail to HDFC already demanding them to either waive off fees or close the card. I'm not too keen on paying for it specially after the lounge access devaluation,

I swear to god HDFC reps are a bunch of fucking morons, Gmail strips out "." character from email IDs, hence the mail is not matching my mail in records despite the fact that this moron was able to pull my data and cc details with the apparently incorrect email but is not able to process my annual fee reversal request without the "correct" email id.

What should I do?
