Further limit reduction for migrated RBL Shoprite CC

So in April 2023, everyone's RBL Zomato CC was migrated to RBL Shoprite CC.

Then in a few months, CC limit was reduced to 15000

Now today it is reduced to 10000.

What's most funny part of it is, a few days back I had received a survey link asking reason for not using CC?

I had selected the reason as Limit is not sufficient, hoping that they would increase the limit.

And today RBL be like, Ye le aur limit reduction 🤣

Call Customer Care and ask for the card closure.
They will take the request, and after a few days, you will get a call from the retention team.

Tell them the whole scenario and ask for the LTF Upgraded card as rewards are not good on this card, most of the people got Icon/World Safari Card LTF.

To stay in a Safe Zone, Use it for 1/2 month, clear the bills, and then try the above trick.
