Full Axis Grab Deals Points Not Credited

I did a single transaction of 2700 rupees on 3rd June on M&S using grab deals platform on Magnus Card. As per the offer at that time I should've received 20x points i.e. 3120 but got only 1920 points . When I raised a complaint, they informed that only transaction worth 1600 are recorded by merchant and therefore they gave only 1920 points . Now from my end it was single transaction of 2700 how is it my fault that I am not getting full points. Has anyone faced it before? I've replied them back asking full points but don't know will they do it or not .

Items that are added to cart before moving from grab deals are not counted.

All items were added newly. I knew the process and used it successfully before.

1. Only Axis netbanking and Grab deals tab should be open, no other tabs.
2. Cookies enabled -- no safe mode, no incognito
3. Cart should be empty

I know all this. My question is what if merchant doesn't record all items and only few.
