Fraud by paisa bazaar

I have been called from paisa bazaar and said that I have pre approved offer of indusind legend credit card lifetime free with no joining fee and they asked my consent to move forward.The concerned executive was Mr Ravi and I approved the process only for legend card and on same day they did kyc and other processes.But when card is dispatched it was indusind platinum aura edge which is approved without my consent and even I don't know is it paid or free .This is a fraud done by paisa bazaar. So beware that nobody else will be cheated if called by paisa bazaar.I have emailed also but they have not done anything.Trying to put my complaint in consumer forum as I have recording of call applying legend card.if anybody else got cheated by this way do tell what to do further.

file complainant with the bank (induisnd bank). email them, tell them your problem, you were offered legend by paisabazar but received a different card.

Don't activate the card. Complain to both pisabazar and lnduslnd with the recording. They will show you your consent with authorised signature or aadhar consent form.
