Forex Markup of Amex.

Does anyone made GBP payment from PayPal using Amex credit card in past. If yes then does PayPal charge amex in INR or in GBP. Also, is there a way to get markup waiver 😀

Amex markup is 3.5% + tax
Paypal exchange rate is a little bit higher.

Better, go with some other card.
