Yes u can make partial payment for large cc bill (but better will be in one or two go) tried and tested, and in some cc bill even u can make partial payment greater than the bill amount to accumulate reward points and later on request card issuing bank to refund back the excess payment so it's a win win : )

Having a problem for hsbc credit card successful payment. 93k has been deducted from bank, but not paid to the bank. Since i have done this as guest user, no transaction to track. But have a entry in bank account and sms.

try to keep under 50k. i too had a failed transaction day before got the refund today. so wait 48 hrs.

It will get reverted most probably wait for few days in my case for failed transactions with idfc it gets refunded back the very next day and in some rare cases 2 days.
In ur case u will have to wait for few more days it will most probably get refunded automatically but for safer side just inform your bank that payment has deducted but failed or inform them that it has not reached to the merchant

Its not directly shown, you will have to toggle between language section to hindi and instantly you will see pay bill option in bottom, tap on that if u are comfortable in hindi or else do this step again for english lang and u will get bill pay option again.
