Yes IDFC Firstap RuPay DC. Try under 50k, if dc option now showing above 50k transaction.

Attention !
Roar Bank call and asked if VI app have some wallet short of something.
I told them no there is no wallet but I paid bill for my pospaid account which was 17k.
Conclusion don't use card or telll them is was for postpaid bills
