Flipkart VIP price going up from ₹499 to ₹799, wef 02/04/2025...[VIP is now, The BLACK]

It seems it's location dependent. Even I was a loyal amazon user till last BBD sale.
For me FK and FK mins have always been cheaper than Amazon by considerable margi. Till now FK never disappointed.
Even now amazon shows 800rs for 200gm bru instant coffee, fk showed 700rs. (OMG 2 months ago it was 400 for 200gm , now its doubled.)

flipkart grocery is cheapest for me also, but beware... unki customer service bawaseer hai.. kuch bhi upar niche hua...unke grievance officer se ladayi paaki hai... chalu bante hai,, dhamki bhara strong mail likhna padta hai fir issue resolve hota hai...

Thanks. I will try flipkart, but slowly, Is the Silver > gold tiers in FK useful anyway? (Is it going to be discontinued with BLACK?)
These days even amazon spends are less. Almost everything is available in blinkit/instamart/bigbasket.
These 3 qc covers almost everything and amazon has gone to rank 4 for me.

Not for groceries, but for electronics it does make sense.

In last year sale the laptop I chose was cheaper by 11K inr on fk compared to az. Recently I bought one electronic game cartridge , it was cheaper by 600 rs compared to amazon.
 
Majority of my purchase is from Amazon. Rarely I use Flipkart. Just took black membership today for YouTube Premium as my current membership was expiring on 16th August.

Will try to explore flipkart more during sale.

I bought VIP in Sept'23 @499 out of fomo that lasted till 31st Dec'24 then renewed my membership in 1st Jan @₹499.

Ngl I recovered ₹500 on 1st VIP order itself I bought it for BBD specially and so far have used and earned a lot of SC coz of this... But only complaint with FK is deficiency in their services towards some deliveries.
 
I have actually seen better deals on FK than on Amzn but the only problem that arises sometimes is delivery. As for the latest issue that I faced I ordered a refrigerator that was cancelled stating no vehicle to deliver that's completely impractical. Other executive mentioned my pincode is unserviceable. And chat executive mentioned unable to deliver due to heavy rains and loads wherein there was no signs of rain on that particular day...
They requested me to reorder and then cancelled it again stating "cancelled due to an unexpected issue"

I suggest opposite. If you get same price electronics on Amazon. buy it.
For me, here Amazon doesn't deliver groceries. But fk does and their prices are very competitive compare to bb or jiomart which delivers here.
