Hey guys, so far whenever I have placed order on FirstCry, the courier company assigned has always been XpressBees.
Yesterday when I placed an order for Diapers, the courier company assigned is "RocketBees". Now the thing is this courier company does not have a separate tracking website. The shippement was picked up yesterday itself about 3 hours after I placed the order, but since then there has been no updates till now. Estimated delivery date is 27th which is tomorrow.
There is an app for RocketBees on playstore but it seems to be logistics app for drivers and not for consumers. Iam assuming that this is probably FirstCry's own logistics company maybe like Ekart for Flipkart.
Just wanted your input to know how Rocketbees is in terms of ontime delivery, I can tell you XpressBees is pretty bad, many a times I had to go to the final delivery warehouse and pick up the order myself because luckily they are nearby and they would always delay delivery by 1-2 days if not picked up myself.
