Finance charge on a new IndusInd credit card first statement

Hi Guys,

Got IndusInd Avios card last month and first statement was generated. Surprisingly, I see a Finance charge of 6018/-. Did total transaction of 3.05 lacs and due date is still far away. This is the first statement for this card.

Any clue guys? Has someone faced similar issue with Indusind?

It is impossible to get through IndusInd customer care executive. There is no option at all for connecting the call.

Maybe you spent more than the allowed limits for certain categories like utility, rent, etc.

Joining fees is seperate

There are no charges for utility payment with Avios card. This is what T&C mentions

u might have clicked on the loan link which they keep offering against CC limit or you used excess limit

When you call CC choose banking service (1) and ask them to connect you to credit card team. Also, drop a mail to priority.care@indusind.com simultaneously.
