use Cred to credit your desired amount as salary using Education Fees or Rent Using UPI or Credit Card. It has 0 charges for UPI.
In Jupiter/Fi, update your employer details to "Dreamplug Technologies Pvt Ltd"
But still, I would personally suggest you to stay away from these neo banks.
The leading private banks offer much better benefits than these neo banks.

I am using this since 2022, when the capping for DC Jewels was 500 without enough restriction. You could easily get jewels by adding funds to Kotak 811 acc. 😂
There wasn't any Youtube trick back then. 😂
Now it is not worth the hassle.

You must choose company which mentioned on Fi website. We can’t choose any company to open salary account
