Fi Amplifi Credit Card Problem

Hi All

Recently received my Fi Amplifi credit card with good limit. So I went ahead and did some forex transaction as this card promise 0% forex charges. But on the statement I am getting 1% forex charge along with service charge for AED and even USD. I booked a ticket on Air asia website paid in INR but received forex charges on that too.. (maybe due to international flight but on Indian site why).

Anyone have clue why they are charging on USD transaction?

Currently out of India so can't argue with customer care..

I think 0 forex is only for usd transactions. Not sure why they charged for usd as well

Gateway will charge that 1% right - I mean visa or mc. Only bank doesn't charge for forex.

Hdfc charges 2% out of which 1% is gateway
