FI Account stuck since 4 months

Hi everyone,


I need some advice regarding an ongoing issue with FI Money. For the past 4 months, I have been unable to transfer any funds from my account. Every time I follow up, I’m told it’s a "system issue," but the tickets just remain open with no updates.


Their customer care team has now stopped responding altogether. Out of desperation, I even wrote to CRPC RBI two days back, but haven’t received any response from them either.


This is becoming really frustrating as my money is stuck and I’m not getting any clear communication.


Has anyone here faced a similar issue with FI Money? Is there a better way to escalate or handle this, maybe through RBI CMS or the Ombudsman? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You have to approach professionally. Write to their escalation matrix levels. Send 3 reminder emails. Later file formal complaint with RBIO after 30 days ( if no response). If a company doesn't respond to customers, they are compelled to RBIO.
