feb spend based offer

So i received 1250rs worth vouchers from hdfc for some spends done in feb... When i took out vouchers they came from ticketexpress something... When trying to redeem 1 voucher it is giving an error i cant even reach the gv code page... what can be done?

I redeemed and it came in spam folder, got 1500 amazon prime voucher

bro i got those coupons but it came from express ticket na there are links with pin to further get the gv and that link gives error i can even view my gv ;_;

I took that gv code and applied on redeem code and it added 1499
