Facing issues fetching WBSEDCL electric bills through Gpay/Phonepe/Apay

Anyone faced issues while fetching WBSEDCL electric bill through Gpay/Phonepe/Amazon Pay with an error message of something like "User account is blocked/suspended/deleted" ?

I am getting the same. I have raised a complaint regarding the same.

Yup atleast 7-10 days before due date

In my case, bill fatch fail before the payment window( 1st date when you allowed to pay)open.

So try after that.. the date is mentioned on your physical bill.

Puzzled! Full payment online by the first date gets an additional discount. I always pay successfully several days before that. Never faced this issue!

Yes. Money in Account becomes ZERO.

I tried today from Amazon pay and I was able to pay the bill. It seems the new bill was yet not registered in the system so it was not allowing to pay.
