It's 6012 sadly but seems like sbi vdc has no restriction on any mcc perhaps.

4814 was available till yesterday now its Dead, the app was GoodScore with merchant name as Phonepe Recharge

What about phone pay itself?
After multiple retry we used to get phone pe recharge,is it dead now?
