In short, Rupay has partnered with these companies for International transactions which is why the logo... so when you see any of those in foreign country, you know that your Rupay card should work there (if intl transactions are enabled)

It means it'll work on POS/merchant where RuPay isn't supported but Diners/Pulse/Discover any of this supported then you'll be able to do transaction here.
In other words, It just increased your card's acceptance.

No, I didn't got. To best of my knowledge, it comes with Select debit card and not with select credit card.
