Experience applying for BizBlack floater after mailing grievance redressal

While applying for BizBlack as floater on Infinia, do they need ITR, GST docs etc? Do they do physical verification of office address with a name board?

I work from home currently and don't have an office to show. Also, I just do consulting. How would HDFC verify the application and would having office at home be a problem? Someone was saying that you need a separate office address with a name board with something like xyz consultancy. Is this true?

yes they do ask all those things.

They didn’t ask me anything, delivered the forms to my home, picked it up from my home, dropped me the card. All I did was share ITR to grievance via mail to prove I was self employed.

Back in March. 2 weeks after I got Infinia.

They actually did issue me the card already. Apparently you can get special approval if you explain the reason you need the card.

Need to send an email to grievance team along with last ITR and/or indicating the reason (Example - to pay taxes from business income) for applying the Bizblack as floater card? I checked with BM, he does not know much, although he indicated that it is not possible to hold Bizblack along with Infinia.
