I got my SBI SimplyClick Card in July 2022. My yearly spends have been calculated accordingly for annual fee waiver and GV for milestone benefits for the last 2 years.
Peculiarly, in the statement for the billing cycle from July - August 2024, my 2 spends of Rs.45000+ in total was not included in the Cumulative Spends shown in the statement. And since then, cumulative spends have been shown with a shortage of that Rs.45K+ amount every month.
When I took up with the customer care, they simply sent me a reply saying that my Spend Based Reversal (SBR) period start from August month only. I have sent emails to them repeatedly with full details showing the statement-wise spends details from July 2024 onward and what mistake they have did in calculating the Cumulative Spends.
Still they are adamant that my SBR starts only in August implying that my claim is wrong. It seems that some morons are sitting there as customer care executives who lack the ability to comprehend any written matter.
I tried to escalate the complaint. But, the escalation page in SBI Card website is not working. I am not able to find any email id of the Nodal Officer in SBI Card website for escalating through email. Please let me know the email id of the Nodal Officer of SBI Card for escalating the complaint.
Will it help if I call them over phone to escalate the complaint?
