Error while applying Tata Neu card

After I enter my basic details(just phone number, data auto populated because I have HDFC account), it asks my company name, after I select it, it just shows the below error.

Anyone else facing this?

This is before enquiry, I have a cibil subscription, verified it.
Tried it quite a few times in the last 3 days

Try daily once it will go
Uninstall app and try fresh

I had similar issues and after few times the application went as manual process. I had to go with Aadhar kyc. See picture below.
