EPM: Minor update to my 2 cards folio

Keeping up with my tradition of a 2 cards folio:

2023-24: received both Magnus & DCB
2024-25: Infinia Metal & Marquee (upgraded 1, closed other)
2025- : Infinia Metal & EPM (closed marquee)

My original RM who maintains my account tried to BS me for 2 weeks that my ppop is non-existent so she can’t get me EPM, and that I move my salary instantly on the day of credit to an hdfc account, to which I replied I’ll continue to do so because hdfc has given me infinia and none of their cards except EPM are worthy of any spendings.
Next week I reached out to an RM at a random branch near my new home. He got it approved within a week.
