Aisa nhi hai bt upar walon ko bhi pata hai iska koi solution nhi hai. Aur jiska koi solution na ho us case me koi kya action lega. Transformers old hai us samay k load k according lage the tab se ab tak load bahut badh jata hai. Itne sare new lagana possible nhi hota. To jo area priority me hota hai pahle wahan lagte hain.

@kuchbhi If you have the strength to fight it out till end, then you can play this game of complaints and approaching different people from SDO to SDE to GM of Power Distribution company.
Sharing my past experience. A neighbour took connection by cutting my main line which was private. It was a 3-Phase line and I have OCD that I don't like cuts in my power line. He had connections in local power house and he used his person while we were away from home. As main pole was far from his home, he cut mine and took connection from it.
When we came back and I saw fluctuation in my line, I was damn sure something wrong has happened as these were not usual fluctuations. Checked my line from meter to pole and found out that bloody sucker had cut it and took connection. Without wasting any time I used my own method and sidelined his line. Yes, I am not just a SE but know other jobs too. They lost power supply and came out of home around an hour later. I was standing outside in street and told to his face that I have snapped the line. Kar le kya karega. bc aadmi teri aaukat kaha se ho gi meri line mein connection karney ki?
We had ugliest of fight and I threatened his life, if he dare to reconnect. At last I told him he will get notice from me and his connections in powere department will suffer to hell. His mother and father pleaded me not to move ahead as they don't want their son to face any legal tangles.
Took photographs before that to show proof to other neighbours. That evening and night he saw dark thinking next day he will use his connections to restore it using my line. But I decided to keep his rest of life dark.
Next day went to power house and searched every room to find a person named Anil who did that. Luckily one of neighbours CCTV had his video doing that. Shown him the video and abused him on his face and asked him to mind his business and if tried to restore by putting in my line, he will run for his job all his life.
Trust me I had no conenctions in power department but made whole scene look like I am something they should fear about.
Even to SDO, I remember saying, " Who gave your tattus permission to cut my private line and thrown original purchase bill to his desk." I said, I know about your kaaley karnamey and the people you took money from for doing dirty jobs in past." He said, "Sir, aap baithiye, chai mangayu, araam se baat kartey hai."
Trust me neither my neighbour, nor any power department person had the guts to ever do anything to my line.
Now comes the twist. After all this, the linemen few months later tried to played smartly and did something that our voltage used to fluctuates a lot. I checked main line again and was suprised that whole my wires were put somewhere else on weak less thick wires which were attached only to weaken my power supply. He touched his death that day. I brought a private electrician and removed that wires completely and restored mine where it was before.
Again I got to know who did it and this time my own hidden CCTV cam.
Went to linemen to tell him the filthy mind he had worked with has been pushed back. Uske baad aaj tak kisi ki himmat nahi hai ki kuch kar de. Koi karega toh anjaam bura hoga.
If you have the guts to play with fire and know your moves and how smartly you can play then never restrain from fighting things out. But for all this you need energy and much time. Sometimes it can take days other times moths/years.
Moral of this story is: There will be consequences of actions. But if actions are right, you will get the results you want. So complain but with a mindset that you will fight it out till end.

Case of overlaoding that snaps the phase. Only whole line change or separation starting from main line coming from transformer can help. If still not rectified it will blow off the transformer. 🤣

Looks like it, if whole colony is on that single one. Of course, transformer is crying and will trip (by doing a small boom) time to time.

This is the best suggestion IMO. Unless several families go and complain together, these fat ass govt babus seldom listen.
Electricity, internet etc these days are almost as essential as air and water. With that much power cut it's usual to get super annoyed. Even studies are bound to suffer. I live in the heart of metro city where power cut is virtually non-existent. The blackout I face once in a blue moon annoys me. Can't even imagine the plight of OP.
