Ekyc expiring in application

While applying for Apay Cc, I had to cancel the window after starting the application process and later when I tried to resume the progress I got the below screen

What does it mean ?
Ekyc expiring? What will happen if I don't apply by the timeline mentioned as 14 may

wanted to know that, last time when I had applied for the cc it was rejected, and this was the first cc i was applying for so there could have been multiple factor for the rejection, including credit history right ? I have since then gotten a different credit card, built okish credit history would you suggest that I should apply post 14th may so that the CIBIL is re-fetched and this time around credit history would be there and there will be slightly more chances for getting the card ?
