Axis Magnus Edge rewards account suspended - burgundy magnus

Hi everyone,

My Axis Edge Rewards account was suspended, stating non-personal usage of my Burgundy Magnus credit card. Using this card on the Maximize website to buy gift vouchers have triggered the issue.

They asked me to share invoices for all the transactions made in May (on Maximize), which I downloaded from the site and sent. The customer support confirmed they received the invoices and even said they had raised an internal ticket to the concerned team.

But today, that ticket was closed, and I got an email from the Nodal Office asking again for “end-use documentation” for the same transactions — as if the previous submission was completely ignored.

They had given me a 30-day deadline right from the beginning, and even after submitting everything and following up many times, I’m still being asked to send the same documents again.

Unfortunately, Premium Support hasn’t been helpful either — they just keep saying they’ve forwarded it, but nothing really moves forward.

I’m really frustrated, and my chances of getting the account reactivated seem low now.

Has anyone here faced this and managed to get their Edge Rewards account back? Would really appreciate any tips or help.

Hi everyone,

In March, my Axis Atlas rewards account was blocked. I promptly sent all the required invoices, and Axis support assured me via email that my account would be unblocked within three working days.

However, this never happened. Over 2 months, I had to repeatedly email customer care, resubmit invoices multiple times, and eventually, they stopped replying.

After 10 days without a response from the PNO, I filed a complaint with the ombudsman, also requesting compensation for wasted time, mental harassment, and monetary losses. Axis unblocked my account within 10 days, and the...

Well, go through the above thread and stay strong. Keep us updated.

The customer support confirmed they received the invoices and even said they had raised an internal ticket to the concerned team.

For the tickets, open the app. On top left, click the hamburger/3 stacked line icon. Then click Track Requests to check all the tickets. If no tickets are raised, then you can request the Service Request number to verify.

Hello Sir. Wanted to check with you if i have say 50k axis edge rewards points from the use of burgundy debit card and if i take magnus burgundy card then will i be able to transfer these points in 5:4 ratio or that Will work only on points earned on magnus credit card
