Earning rewards by paying credit card bills?

I have been paying credit card bills with the traditional methods of net banking, I knew about cred but I found it too intrusive.
I know many debit cards do give 1-5 percent on bill payments.
What are all your experiences?
How much rewards you earn while paying credit card bills?
