I met an 83 year old relative at a family gathering.
He asked me to check his phone as he was not getting outbound calls only incoming calls.
He said he did a one year recharge of ₹1198 on May 27 & I saw he had validity till jun 3 2026.
Then I installed bsnl app to check his plan details.
Lo & behold I see he had 300 min voice which was consumed.
Recharge was done on Google pay & apparently it was not shown that plan comes with only 300 min voice
