Doubt regarding Grab Deals

Hi All,

I am having Axis Reserve credit card.

Following are the events:

1. Placed order on 31st December, 2022 @ 3:53PM of value 3220
   Expected points
   • Base = (3200/200)* 15 = 240
   • Multiplier = 240 * 44 (at that time it was 45x) = MIN(10560, 10000) = 10000
2. Got a product cancelled by them on 1st Jan, 2023 of value 1490
   Expected points reversal
   • Base = (1400/200)* 15 = -105
   • Multiplier = 105 * 44 (at that time it was 45x) = -4620

Now the queries/doubts:

1. If the transaction is done on the last day of the month, then the credit of grab deals is done on the transaction date or settlement date? following answers are possible:
   Because transaction date is 31st December, 2022 and settlement date should be some early dates of January.
   • It should have been credited with December grab deals.
   • It should be credited with January grab deals.
     
2. What happens to grab deals value if there is a part cancellation? Following answers are possible:
   • I should receive 0 points as there is a cancellation.
   • I should receive 10000 points as cancellation they don't track.
   • I should receive net, i.e., 10000-4620 = 5380 points.
